How to Place an Order:

1.     To place an order, you must first create an account. Creating an account offers you the convenience of not having to re-enter your information the next time you order. It also allows you to receive an email receipt each time you order and saves your order history.
2.     To purchase a book, cd, mp3, or other item, click on the specific item.
3.     You will then be redirected to a page showing your item of choice. If this item is correct, click ADD TO CART.
4.     Once inside your “Shopping Cart,” you will have three options: continue shopping, empty cart or continue to checkout.
5.     Once you have finished shopping, click CONTINUE TO CHECKOUT.
6.     Here you will confirm your order. If your order is correct, click SUBMIT ORDER. If your order is not correct, you may go back and make any necessary corrections.
7.     After submitting your order, you will receive an email confirmation of your online order.

RETURNS

Items (excluding items that are “on sale") may be returned for exchange or refund provided they are unused, in the original packaging and returned within 30 calendar days of the purchase date. Items may be returned or shipped to the church's bookstore. For your security when shipping, please use an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. The Worship Center is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Shipping charges are not refundable and all returned items will incur a 10% restocking fee. Replacement orders will only be shipped after your returned items have been received. Sale items and downloadable purchases such as mp3, videos and digital documents cannot be returned or refunded.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

It is our desire for every area of The Worship Center to operate in a spirit of excellence. Every product is carefully inspected before being placed on the shelf to be sold. If by chance you encounter a defective product, please return it within 10 calendar days of purchase. Defective products may be returned to the church’s bookstore or must be shipped via ground shipment only. If an alternative (faster, more expensive) shipping method is chosen, reimbursement of shipping costs will not be granted. The Worship Center does not sell merchandise on a trial basis.
