RETURNS
Music Downloads may not be returned. Any item not purchased "on sale" may be returned for exchange or refund provided it is unused in the original packaging, and is returned within 30 days of the purchase date. All returned items will incur a 10% restocking fee. You have the option to return your item(s) directly to the church's bookstore or ship the item(s) back to our church location at 9553 Parkway East Birmingham, AL 35215. We do not ship your replacement order before we receive your return (cross-ship). Shipping charges are not refundable.
DONATION REFUND POLICY
If you believe an error has been made in connection with your online donation and wish to request a refund, please contact . NON RETURNABLE ITEMS
Not all items may be returned and all returned items will incur a re-stocking/re-packaging fee.
USED MERCHANDISE
Used merchandise WILL NOT be accepted for return unless it is defective. The Worship Center Christian Church does not sell merchandise on a trial basis. All returned items must be in new and un-used condition as it was received by the customer. Returns must be shipped via ground shipment only. If you return your product via a faster, more expensive shipper, you incur the expenses yourself and any request for reimbursement will be denied.
