Launching our daycare and expanding our youth programs allows us to provide a high quality Christian and safe environment for our children and youth. Our mission is to serve our children and families by providing an environment that encourages the spiritual and intellectual development that fosters future growth.

College Campus Ministry-College students often find themselves being torn apart morally and spiritually. They are often trapped by the pressures of school and the need to be accepted by their peers. TWC’s College Campus Ministry will help provide stability in the lives of many students by supporting them and challenging them to commit themselves to a life of prayer and service.

24-Hour Prayer Line- Life’s problems and difficult situations are not limited to 9-5 Monday through Friday. The truth is that many of us need prayer at midnight or later and have no one to turn to. Through a 24-hour prayer line we will be there to share that Jesus is still with them, no matter what the hour.

Evangelism and Community Involvement- It is our mission and responsibility to meet people where they are. Our charge is to go and make disciples and we will do this by going into shelters and the streets of Birmingham and surrounding areas. We will even expand our Prison Ministry so that we are meeting all people where they are. Evangelism beyond the walls of the church is critical; if they are in the shelters on the streets, or in prisons, that is where we want to be.

These programs are among our three-year priorities and in order to accomplish them, we need an increase in financial resources. Your commitment to the “Are You A Kingdom Builder?” initiative will help us eradicate our debt, so that we can free up our resources. We can then accomplish more, debt-free. Just imagine how much more we can do in our communities with more financial resources.
